MTN Product are subject to MTN terms and Conditions. Prices are subject to contract terms ie usually 24 months.
Your Service Provider looks after all aspects of your contract connection to the MTN network. If you have any problem with your contract connection, your cellphone or your bill, your first call for assistance should be to your Service Provider. Prepaid customers do not have a Service Provider and should contact MTN directly.
Essentially, a Service Provider is your link to the MTN network. Everything relating to the administration of your cellphone account, such as billing, upgrades, and migration, are handled by your Service Provider.
